This past weekend the girls had a dance convention that they have been going to the last couple of years at the Hyatt downtown MPLS. We decided to make it a family weekend together. Sophia danced Saturday and Sunday from 9-4 long days but she had a blast learning more jazz, hip hop, tap, disco this year! The teachers really made it fun for the kids. Clara loved every minute of dance on Saturday for her convention for about four hours and then got to perform what she learned on stage. I can tell you her favorite kind of dance was hip-hop totally different then her sister Sophia. Sophias favorite was lyrical jazz. Saturday we spent the lovely evening of nice weather watching the Holidazzle parade, swimming tell 11:00pm, eating fun snacks and pizza with friend. Mommy even got to go out with her friends for the night while daddy watched us sleep in the hotel room. What a fun time at dance and family time!
